How do I know if my order was processed?
You will receive an email your order was processed with a valid email address.

When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery takes approximately 4 to 7 business days.

Can I send someone a gift?
Yes, you may send a gift to anyone in the continental US, however, there will be a gift-wrapping charge of $10.00 per item.

Can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We here at Regali Accessories want you to love your purchase. If for some reason your purchase is not to your liking, please let us know. We will gladly accept any NEW or DEFECTIVE merchandise return within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will exchange the item or issue a credit if you prefer. The credit will be issued within 72 hours of your return.

What is your shipping policy? Options?
All in stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt by UPS or USPS. No orders will be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO.

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Can I make a change to my order after it has been completed?
